Construction
Attack an Air Dragon with a Silver Catana and it will become this one.
Wizards can create Bound Sylphs using the Bind Elemental spell, which can be used to align a Catana. Anyone can use a Bound Sylph, but it is unlikely that anyone but a Wizard would have one.
