Items which change the appearance of your character (this is distinct from other equippable or fashionable items).

Amulet of Endor Pimp Fashion 1

Unlike a similar-sounding item from NetHack, this amulet does not appear to allow one to ascend to demigodhood. Instead, when worn, it causes all monsters and players (including yourself) to appear to be Ewoks.

You can write something on it and pin it on yourself for 2AP. Great for those tricky introduction sessions at gnome-warming parties and Palantir web conferences.

Those who have other things to do can now share in the joy -- King Elseware has dropped the badge AP cost from 25AP to 2AP! Stevie-O 01:12, 3 March 2006 (GMT)
Weirdly enough you need a pen to write on a badge Pri3st 14:45, 8 April 2009 (BST)

Blue Ribbon

Buy from some shop or other in Brighthelm. Pin on Ribbon for 2AP. Here's hoping there's an Amber Ribbon out there somewhere - Free Beer Now!

Seems to stop people nicking your hat?

It hasn't ever kept people from stealing my hats, though I suspect that this has something to do with the fact that I'm constantly registered for The Duel. --Naimoigiant 22:26, 26 February 2008 (GMT)
Doesn't keep them from stealing mine, grrr! (and I'm NEVER registered for the Duel) cheese

Cloak of Invisibility

Buy for 10000 Gold from Wizards. Sells for 500 Gold to Wizards. Allows you to move past most enemies without having to fight them, but costs you more AP: Movement modifier +25.

Clock of Invisibility

Buy for 10000 Gold from Wizards. Allows you to move past enemies without having to fight them (and tells you the time), but costs you more AP.

AP: Movement modifier +30 --Kenndogg 14:15, 6 Feb 2006 (GMT)

Why doesn't this work on Small Water Dragon?

Dragons can see invisible things. They're magic like that. Darksatanic 15:17, 7 Feb 2006 (GMT)

Cool Disguise

Gives you spock ears as seen in Image:Cool-disguise.png. Wear for 0AP. Doesn't appear to drain AP on the hour when you wear it either. There is a random chance of the disguise wearing out while equippied. See also Disguise Kit.

Found in random drops from monsters.

Disguise Kit

Let you change how your name and alignment is displayed. Takes 20 AP to use and 20 AP for every change thereafter. However, it does not hide hats. Also see Cool Disguise. Wears out after a while.

Does it still drain AP? -- Celane 22:16, 26 June 2006 (BST)
Nope. --A Knight With A Nice Helmet That Says NI 23:48, 20 March 2007 (GMT)
NOTE: Does not disguise the link if you hover over the name. Let the Revolutionaries beware - we know who you are! Phw 08:54, 30 March 2007 (BST)

Dropped by Sir Tim. For 10 AP, it asks you to enter a URL. Your name on the map will become a hyperlink and link to the URL you entered. In other words, your character will become clickable, and clicking on it will open the Web page you specified.

Leprechaun Suit

Dropped by Leprechauns. Makes your character's background green.

Smiler Mask

Equippable. Changes your name to a smiley face picture when worn. Wears off after a while if you walk around with it. Can be purchased from the Indoor Market in Northwich for 1000 Gold.

Spartacus Mask

Equippable. Changes your name to Spartacus and alignment to neutral when worn. Effects are cosmetic only. Can be purchased from the Indoor Market in Northwich for 1000 Gold.

When you steal something (say, in the forest) does it say "Spartacus stole a glass sword from you" or does it say your proper name?
Will it hide your character specific background, such as an Armourer or Shaman background? Or say, a black duelist background? -- X-Himy 14:15, 20 December 2006 (GMT)
By "effects are cosmetic only," does that mean that, say, a typically Earth character hit by a Fire monster will still take double damage? Azuaron 17:25, 13 March 2007 (GMT)

Spartacus masks are sometimes useful in chat rooms.

Gives you a mustache. The mouseover says 'Hello, Sailor!' Purchased at Trash City at the Festival. Necessary to enter Downlow - also at the Festival.

Trout Mask

Sold in General Stores. When worn, changes your name to "Kilgore Trout."

Trout Mask Replica

Same as the Trout Mask, but much cheaper and changes your name to "kilgore trout."

White Sheet

Can be purchased from a General Store for 10,000 GP. Equippable. While worn, you appear to be Spirit-aligned and have the name "Ghost".

When equiped, can you see other spirit-aligned monsters that you don't ussualy see without, let's say, Ghosts hunters gear?
Apparently no longer available.
