Monster Island

The Monster Island is a peninsula near the The School of Hard Knocks. You can get to the peninsula by leaving the main south road at 13E 43S, and walk over the beach square at 13E 49S. The peninsula is filled with big nasty monsters such as mirror monsters and downers. An ideal place for testing your new Hard Knocks powers.

On a side note, there's nothing special about the lighthouse.
