Throw at other players. A list of players you've snowballed (and players who snowballed you) will appear on your "Me" page.

You can't throw them at the Great Lords - apparently they have super-reflexes for that sort of thing:

You throw a snowball at Great Lord Andrew, but you miss.

Make a Snowman.

Make a Bling of Ice.

Will sometimes melt into a Pint of Water in warm areas.

Where to get it

Make one while standing on Snow terrain for 3 A.P.

Dropped by most monsters in the Frozen North.
