Spirit Catcher
From Cities
Uses
If you've done the Ghost Hunters quest, you can attack different types of ghosts for the following effects:
- Ghost - creates a Bottle of Vodka
- Lost Spirit - no effect
- Mist - kills it
- Dark Mist - no effect
- Hungry Ghost - creates a Bound Spirit, which can be used to make Bound Weapons
Holding the Spirit Catcher does not enable you to see invisible.
Addendum: When spent on a Hungry Ghost, the Spirit Catcher is lost in the process of binding the spirit. I do not know if this applies to other spirit types. The All Self-Important Mackie 17:42, 29 May 2007 (BST)

- Attacking a Ghost with a spirit catcher seems to yield a bottle of spirits (booze), however. At least for me. -- Sertularian 02:47, 4 August 2007 (BST)
- Mine gave the Bottle of Vodka, and consumed the catcher. I was kinda hoping you could get unlimited Bottles of Vodka, but alas.... --Greycat 19:25, 11 August 2007 (BST)
