Does the terrain matter if it's a user-built mine?--Solune 00:27, 19 August 2006 (BST)
- The type of terrain does matter. (Note the in-game terrain wiki link. I don't remember exactly, but it's something like "CragMine", etc.) However, it might have different probabilities. Random4518 03:09, 19 August 2006 (BST)
Mining "Bits"?
So, I'm chipping away at my mine with my spade when all of a sudden I blow past this:
You mine... You gain 2 Bits of Gold.
Is this a bug or something new? I hope bug because I think I'd rather take my chances getting a stone than two bits of gold. Snare 17:41, 8 April 2007 (BST)
- It occasionally happens. Only reported on outcrops so far--see table. --Dragon 04:07, 9 April 2007 (BST)
- Ah, looked right past that part under the Outcrops table (which is where I was mining). Thanks, Dragon! Snare 05:36, 9 April 2007 (BST)
Raw Data
Not sure if anyone cares about the outcomes at this level of detail, but since I have it, here it is:
