  • I've found that both Daedelus wings and climbing gear cost 10ap to move, but carrying a walking stick and equiping magic boots only costs nine. I'm Earth aligned. Dendrast 03:34, 25 March 2006 (GMT)
  • I equipped a pair of snowshoes, only to discover that moving across Northern terrain went up from 4ap to 6ap! The game allowed me to equip two pairs though, and the second pair then reduced the cost to 2ap. Is this normal? AndyLandy 08:43, 14 July 2007 (BST)
It's not uncommon for footwear that should be worn in pairs to increase movement costs when worn singly (e.g., winged boots, skis). Perhaps a "Pair of Snowshoes" should really be a "Snowshoe". Can you wear more than two? -- Sertularian 13:56, 14 July 2007 (BST)
