Rave of Doom

I spotted this when I took out my map while I was ripping by in my speedboat. Went over to investigate, made the mistake of getting out of my boat. Now I can't reboard, these people won't stop dancing, they're driving me crazy!! I know I can 'talisman' out (at least I hope so), but I was wondering if anyone else had found their way here, especially by some other route, or if anyone has found any other 'dead-end' sites, and where, and how did you get there? Or perhaps has an idea for leaving here except by talisman. I tried my ruby slippers, they took me there, but jumping back into bed did bring me back here. Where is "here"? (coords?)
Sounds like you're on the Isle of Kaos. You used to be able to walk around on it, but the paths from one square to another may have been lost in a terrain-code update. What color are the paths around your current square? If they're ocean-colored, you'll need a transport capable of flying over land and water in order to escape (Air Ship, Flying Horsie, Dragon). (Or getting someone to summon you, or hitching a ride on someone else's transport.) --Dragon 07:27, 31 May 2009 (BST)
If you have a Zodiac or a RIB, you should be able to board it on any terrain. Gonzometro 08:15, 31 May 2009 (BST)

76E60N. What the heck is this thing for?

I haven't gotten much done these days. Today was a complete loss.

the damage status of the desert

I've never thought to try and watch it, but is the safe/blank/dangerous nature of the desert constant? or does it change as time goes on? It might be time to start desert mappingZiabatsu 17:20, 18 March 2006 (GMT)

I see no reference to the oasis square type. Is that because it behaves identically to a lake square? Hbookbinder 06:15, 22 March 2006 (GMT)

I will have a go at re-organizing the Terrain pages this weekend. The aim is to have all the terrains listed on a single page, but each terrain type will have its own page. Hopefully, this will make looking up a terrain type easier. -- LittleHamster 19:20, 17 June 2006 (BST)

Merging some terrain pages

I've noticed that many terrain types have identical properties. For example: Plains, Glades and Hills are all the same really, but have different names. I think they should be merged into a single page (Terrain:Plains). Does anyone disagree? - Isambard 03:23, 18 February 2007 (GMT)

Sounds good to me. Fnords and Fjords are probably that same green terrain, too. PotatoEngineer 10:18, 18 February 2007 (GMT)
I've redirected Glades to Plains. I think there might be two kinds of Hills: "plain" and "wild". - Isambard 02:56, 19 February 2007 (GMT)
