Coin Exchanges first appeared in Cities when multiple currencies were introduced. After the collapse of the multi-currency system, they have been converted to mints.
In the mints, you can
- Buy and sell Bits of Gold for a 5% commission, and
- Exchange the now defunct currencies, Drogna and Shilling, to gold pieces. (This option only appears if you have Drogna and/or Shilling in your inventory).

- Rankin's Coiner in Brighthelm at 59E 45S DSSGCM
- Royal Mint in Earth City at 92E 3N DSSGCM
- Honest Odin's Coiner in Bögnør at 34E 153N DSSGCM
