Build using a Guild Treasury Kit.

Basically a bank that issues debit cards. Guild members can get a card for 1AP; with a card one can either deposit or withdraw gold from a combined pool, and need not be at the Treasury square to do so. A record of transactions is displayed at the Treasury square. Non-members may not obtain cards from the Treasury, although they may view the balance and transaction history if they stand on the Treasury square. If a non-member acquires a card another way, such as finding one on a corpse, they can access the treasury.
