Location: Swim School in Water City at 96E 93N DSSGCM
AP Cost: 5AP
Buy, borrow or steal water wings and go to the pool to learn to swim for 2000 GP.
Afterwards you can teach lessons for extra money at the Swim School. Teaching pays 200 GP, but costs 30 AP.
