Open for 1AP. Chests contain thousands of gold pieces (2000-24000), a random Bling, maybe a Bottle of Rum and a few other items which range from commonplace to cool and useful (boat plans, aligned weapons).

Where to get it

Go to a location specified by a Treasure Map and dig up a chest for 20AP (this requires a Spade).

Buy one from Mendoza's at the Mysterious City of Gold and Lead for 50000 gold.
