Were you still after a pwny? My Horsie is due in about two weeks and I don't currently have anyone lined up to take the foal. The father's a Winged Horsie so realistically the alignment could be anything, but I am hoping for a Winged Horsie offspring! Rhapsodie 22:25, 20 January 2008 (GMT)

I didn't know you had a Horsie (is it a Horsie-horsie?) - whose offspring is it? :) If you strongly want a Winged Horsie then your best bet would be to try and get hold of Starr and Wantryk's latest offspring, which was born a day or two ago - currently called "Blazin' Star". They don't have an owner listed so maybe it's available (if I had the money I'd be trying to bargain for it!). But if that doesn't work out, then the only thing I can think of that would be cool is that I was thinking of getting a Kittin (though my goldfish is a way yet off getting me the license). An empty book would be nice too. *shrug* Rhapsodie 00:03, 22 January 2008 (GMT)
How about I let you know when it's born and if you haven't gotten hold of another pwny by then we can make the trade? If it does turn out to be another alignment I'd be willing to trade to take it back from you. Rhapsodie 00:48, 23 January 2008 (GMT)

I have a little brown pwny available - currently named Star though that is changeable. Still interested or did you get a more likely air one? Rhapsodie 10:46, 3 February 2008 (GMT)

Hey, let me know when you're back at the party. While I can't bow down, I do have a T-shirt for you for inspiring the name -- Thog 01:51, 24 January 2007 (GMT)

Ahem, it is cleaning time, good sir.--Bubba_the_Shy 19:41, 27 December 2006 (GMT)

Ah, as in here was the party X in the period of X. Well, that does have certain value, it's just that it can get annoying seeing the notes of the name of the party when you're AT the party. Perhaps ask Sam to make a category of Notes that are only visible when viewing the map, but not ingame... --Bubba_the_Shy 20:45, 27 December 2006 (GMT)

Well, if you'd like all the stones (68 diamonds, 11 emeralds, 25 opals, and 26 rubies), that's a value of 78790 GP. Given that Time Warps are 13000 and Pocket watches were 100 last time they were on the market, does 6 warps and 8 watches sound fair? -- Elan 04:31, 13 December 2007 (GMT)

Yes, I'll be hanging out at the pentacle. May be a bit later today (i.e. well after midnight game time) before I can hand over the goods, as I'm at a conference right now IRL and won't be online much. -- Elan 18:47, 13 December 2007 (GMT)

You're very welcome to join my team! I haven't much teamwork in plan now, except of course totem and CD trading, but I hope being in a team will avoid us the occasional trip to monster island. --Solune 20:46, 28 November 2006 (GMT)

I would definitely like to trade Slimes. I'm currently a bit low on AP and will need time to regen, but please keep me in mind. I figure if we do them at the same time (one goes then the other) that'll be easiest and I've got a perfect spot to discourage people from wandering by and grabbing them. Please check your palantir for details. I'll probably need until Friday at least to be ready. Thanks for the offer! -Jon 17:45, 28 November 2006 (GMT)

I've got my socks and have gone through all the first few steps. I'm ready to summon Slimes, so will be sitting at my shop until you're ready. Send me a note on my wiki page and then we can work the rest out via palantir. Thanks again! -Jon 12:54, 30 November 2006 (GMT)
Please check your palantir. -Jon 16:53, 30 November 2006 (GMT)
They are loose! -Jon 17:40, 30 November 2006 (GMT)

I've a fair number of diamonds. 84. Is that enough for your purposes? If so, I might ask if you have something I want...
Recently, trying to create dough for pizza, I accidentally turned 100 sheaves of wheat not into bags of flour but into bags of grain mash. I'll be set for an eternity in Whiskey, but you can understand why I'm willing to trade with others to make up for my error. You wouldn't happen to have a large volume of wheat, would you? 17:07, 21 January 2008 (GMT)

I suppose it depends on how soon you need the diamonds. Actually, if you need them soon, I'm willing to apply a down payment. I've only got 84, though. Is that enough for your purposes? 20:26, 21 January 2008 (GMT)
I suppose make me an offer in cash for 80 of them. I may as well keep four around for bling. I don't think 80 is enough for a Daemonic Chainsaw, the only thing in your inventory which looked terribly inspiring. I need to get me some of those. 06:24, 23 January 2008 (GMT)

Herb Quest

Danke, but unnecessary. I was about to update the tag when I got the message. I bit the bullet and expended some coffee and some tolerence thereof to complete the foraging myself; felt better about it, I guess. Was fun. Looks like neither of us has been in a position to help the other the last two days, much as we've wanted to.
I find that amusing. macksting 20:19, 15 September 2006 (BST)

Notes from a nosey neighbor

  • Re: the Phoenix hunting - One thing you might consider is water-wanding them. My Lovely Lady Wife Domentzia, also earth aligned, does just that, so the phoenix doesn't do double-damage against her, and she doesn't kill it with one blow. On the triffids, well, best to trade for those or take a trip to Monster Island and hit a mirror monster with a fire wand temporarily. Syagrius 02:43, 4 August 2006 (BST)
    • Mate, that is a brilliant idea for both, thank you very much. I just need to get Plans for a Survey Vessel before I go boating. Also, some more tar. Also, congrats on your marriage. -- X-Himy 02:47, 4 August 2006 (BST)
      • Another Nosey Note - Monster Island is a peninsula, so you don't need a boat to get there. Look for the land bridge (a narrow stretch of beach) to the west of the Isle of Fright Ferry. Syagrius 03:23, 4 August 2006 (BST)

As a desert-worthy Duke, you are most welcome to join our Knightly Order. Assuming that you have the other qualification, of course -- you should be at least slightly funny in the head. You are entitled, but not required, to sign up on the K.O.T. page and wear the Knightly Badge. The only thing you are required to do, actually, is to monitor the "Help! I Died!" area and reunite any corpses you can find with their rightful owners. Good luck in the desert, hunting those god-forsaken apple-pips! -- Sertularian 12:41, 11 September 2006 (BST)

Hi, X-Himy. Answers to your questions.

Q: Other than the rig, what else do you need to start a free party?
A: Nothing as far as I know, it consumed a bag of Magic herbs and a Dose of Magic Powder when I set it up, but I dont know if that is required or if it just takes whatever drugs you have in your inventory. Also see here
Q: Is the rig consumed in the party?
A: Yes :(
Q: Are the records?
A: Well, the records (as well as all the other components) are consumed when you build the rig.
Q: How much AP did it cost to start?
A: 100 AP
Q: Do drugs and alcohol have an extra effect?
A: Apart from enhancing the mood and adding to the party atmosphere, no - at least as far as I can tell.
Q: The assumption is that AP regen time is halved, can we get it down to anything else?
A: I don't know, lets find out!  :)

Hey, i've finally gotten around to picking up that rodden berry. still interested in trading that book for a berry? i think the book was friday Tulk

What are you interested in trading for your NE tunnels materials? My inventory is open if you'd like to browse. Ravensdance 21:41, 5 January 2007 (GMT)

I can offer you almost any Piece of Bronze Armour (except the Bronze Scale Armour) and would like to trade for Pieces of Leather. 5 Leather for a Vambrace , a Sallet or a Greave, 7 for a Bascinet Rockefellow 17:39, 23 January 2007 (GMT)

Cheapest Leather Armour would be a Leather Glove. So how about 2 Leather Gloves for 7 Leather. Concerning Bronze Armour: There are Bronze Bascinet, Bronce Greaves and Bronze Vambraces that can be made without Leather. A set of those for 3200 Bits of Bronze sounds reasonable to me. Rockefellow 17:02, 30 January 2007 (GMT)

Duke X-Himy MD says 'Conzy, I gave you 60 grapes to crush, I only received 30 back, Naius will turn the crushed grapes into wine, and we will all receive 20 bottles of vino.

:-) Don't worry, I'm still crushing the other 30. My AP was very low, so as soon as the first half was crushed, I gave them to you and now I'm crushing the other half. It will be done tomorrow. Greetings, Conzy 22:22, 26 January 2007 (GMT)

[empty bottle]

Hmm, I only have one and just gave it to Naius. You received the other 30 Crushed Grapes? Greetings, Conzy 08:03, 27 January 2007 (GMT)

I'm sorry, I don't try to fool you, but I have already given you back 30 crushed bunches of grapes. Maybe I have given them straight to Naius with the empty bottle, but I remember to have given them to you. Unfortunately, I can't check my history anymore (too much has happened in between), but I have got my own crushed grapes left (check inventory). Conzy 01:45, 28 January 2007 (GMT)

Well, I'm mostly interested in Croc scales right now. I see you have a bunch, but don't know how interested you are in trading them. density 11:16, 21 March 2007 (GMT)

Hey X-Himy, I noticed you were asking re Herbs at the party for mixology. I am also doing it and was going to take my trusty sickle out looking for what's required. If you need, I can get enough for two in return for some making of glassware (fire/air stuff costs me so much AP!!! Phw 22:21, 27 March 2007 (BST)

Are you still on the look out for a pwny? My Horsies are pregnant (see my wiki page for pedigrees) and your name is on the ordering page so I thought I would ask before offering them out generally, they aren't due for a couple of weeks so no rush. ford_prefect 10:24, 29 April 2008 (BST)
