in the beginning there was memory. upset with the limited capabilities of memory burp invented paper. paper was good, especially when combined with a pen. he could write things and come back to them later. ocassionally, he could even read what he had written. this prompted the use of emacs os. it was good. it had tidy writing and even included a kitchen sink option. however, it was not portable. so burp moved to the wiki ...
